1 What are the items required when I login for the first time?
The items required are as follow:
• BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App: Download and install BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App from Google Play or App Store.
• 1st email: Email entitled BizChannel@CIMB Login Details
• SMS notification: “First Time Login PIN” sent via SMS to registered mobile number

2 How do I log in for the first time?
First Time Login with Mobile Token
Go to BizChannel@CIMB Website at www.cimb-bizchannel.com.my and click 'Login'



Step 1: Click on "First Time Login" under New User.
Step 2: Enter your first time login details from 1st email "BizChannel @CIMB Login Details" and click "Next".



Step 3: You will receive SMS via your registered Mobile number. Enter "First Time Login PIN" and click "Next".



Step 4: Complete the setup page and click "Submit".
Notes:
- Password must be 8-10 alphanumeric characters, no special characters.
- SecureWord must be 4-10 characters, without space or any special character.





Mobile Token Activation
Step 5: There will be QR Code display on BizChannel Website https://www.cimb.bizchannel.com.my for 60 seconds.



Step 6: Launch BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App.
Step 7: Slide for Mobile Token and click "Next"



Step 8: Click "Add Token Account"
Step 9: Use your mobile device to scan QR Code from BizChannel@CIMB Website. If page expired after 60 seconds,
please repeat from Step 5.



Step 10: Enter your newly created BizChannel@CIMB Login password and click "Submit"



Step 11: To agree with Term & Conditions



Step 12: Tap "DONE" to complete setup. You have successfully activated Mobile Token for this device.





3 Is there any complimentary training for BizChannel@CIMB?
Yes, there is a complimentary web-based training but it is only applicable for BizChannel@CIMB customers who have signed up for the Standard & Customised Transaction Package. The registration steps are as below:
  1. Visit BizChannel@CIMB Home page at http://cimb-bizchannel.com.my/
  2. Click on “Complimentary Training” under “Highlights” field
  3. Select the available time slot to register for the training
